Oscar Ortega, MD completed his medical
degree at the University of Nuevo Leon Medical
School, Monterrey, Mexico in 1985. In 1992 he
completed his residency in Cardiovascular
Surgery at the General University Hospital
Gregorio Marañon in Madrid, Spain. Dr. Ortega
was Board Certified on Thorax Surgery and
Cardiac Surgery by the Mexican Medicine
Academy in 1998.
