Global MD offers our clients a variety of customizable concierge service packages designed to meet every preference and budget. Review the concierge service packages below and then speak with your Care Coordinator about which option is right for you. When the time comes to start planning the travel component of your medical journey, Global MD will work with a travel specialist to customize your unique medical journey.
Stainless Steel Package
1. Meet and Greet Service at the Airport
2. Round Trip Shuttle transfers to your hotel/ airport.
3. Four or Seven nights stay at a four star hotel
4. Daily Breakfast
5. 2 Round trip private transfer services to the Medical Facility ( Van and Driver)
6. Assistance in and out of the vehicle.
7. 1 Personal Concierge Assistant for up to 5 Hours to run errands the day of the surgery or the following day (for example- Pharmacy pickups, Grocery service, Restaurant delivery, Valet service including coordination with the hotel, touring of treatment destination (entrance fees not included. inside city limits- 1 time)
8. Personal call to client the day after surgery.
9. 24-hour assistance available to answer questions, make additional bookings and for emergencies.
Additional Personal Concierge Assistant time can be added in increments of 5 and 8 hours.
Silver Package

Platinum Package

3. Four or Seven nights stay at a five star hotel- CONCIERGE LEVELS or EXECUTIVE LEVELS-includes special hotel privileges
4. Daily Breakfast
5. UNLIMITED Round trip private transfer services to the Medical Facility ( Van and Driver)
6. Assistance in and out of the vehicle.
7. 1 Personal Concierge Assistant for up to 8 Hours for 5-8 days (depending on stay) Guide with Van-- Provides transfers and vehicle boarding assistance, any non medical assistance (for example- Pharmacy pickups, Grocery service, Restaurant delivery, Valet service including coordination with the hotel, touring of Central Valley/San Jose (entrance fees not included) Assistant will carry a cellular phone for immediate contact. Transfers/Services within the treatment destination are included.
8. Personal assistant call to client on a daily basis to check in unless the client would prefer differently.
Additional hours of Personal Concierge Assistant time may be added in increments of 1 hour.
Celebrity VIP Package
1. Meet and Greet Service at the Airport
2. Round Trip PRIVATE transfers to your hotel/ airport.
3. Four or Seven nights stay at a deluxe hotel or private villa - 3 bedrooms minimum, on site Maid and Security Provided
4. Daily Custom Served Breakfast
5. UNLIMITED Round trip private transfer services to the Medical Facility ( Van or Big SUV and Driver or Drivers )
6. Assistance in and out of the vehicle.
7. 1 Personal Concierge Assistant for up to 24 Hours for 5-8 days (depending on stay) Guide with Van-- Provides transfers and vehicle boarding assistance, any non medical assistance (for example- Pharmacy pickups, Grocery service, Restaurant delivery, Valet service including coordination with the hotel, touring of treatment destination (entrance fees not included) Assistant will carry a cellular phone for immediate contact. Transfers/Services within the treatment destination are included.
8. Personal assistant call to client or staff on a daily basis to check in unless the client would prefer differently.
